The Training Gyms

The Training Gyms is the UK's first and only specialist gym for fitness after 40, based in Milton Keynes (Shenley Church End). Founded in 2009 (originally as The DVCC), the gym offers small-group personal training, one-on-one training, and large-group training sessions.

With over 20 years of experience helping people over 40 get stronger and more confident, the gym provides a welcoming, judgement-free environment — no mirrors, no intimidating atmosphere. Clients come from across the Milton Keynes area and beyond, attracted by certified coaches who understand the specific needs and challenges of training after 40.
