The Transformation Trainer is Heysham's friendliest training studio, offering semi-private personal training in small groups of no more than 10. Every session is planned, coached and tracked, making it ideal for busy parents who want real results without the intimidation of a packed commercial gym.
The studio also offers online PT, nutrition guidance, a members app (TTT app) for tracking workouts and check-ins, and a weekly team training session. Head coach Shaun built the studio specifically for the people of Heysham, Morecambe and Lancaster, creating a welcoming community where childcare worries don't have to get in the way — kids can even come along.
