The Workout Hub is a boutique gym and wellness facility in Burscough offering a friendly, small-group environment. Members enjoy 24/7 key fob access, a range of fitness classes including Circuit Training, Spin, and Yogalates, plus Recovery, Wellness & Performance Therapies such as the Superhuman Protocol, HBOT Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber, and EMS Pelvic Floor Seat.
The gym is staffed Monday to Friday 9am–7pm and also sells gym equipment and supplements. Non-members are welcome for classes on a pay-as-you-go basis and can book therapy sessions individually.
