The Yoga Being is a boutique yoga studio in Gosport, Southern England, opened in February 2025 by Lisa Maniatis — a qualified Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist and Wellness Coach with over 15 years of experience.

Lisa's teaching is rooted in Elemental Yoga, drawing on the ancient philosophy of the five elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space), while also blending Hatha, yoga therapy, pre/postnatal yoga and transformational coaching.

Classes are small and personalised, catering to all levels, with weekly group sessions, 1-to-1 yoga and coaching, holistic treatments, wellness talks and both day and weekend retreats. Co-founder Kerry brings project management expertise to the retreat programme. The studio offers a warm, inclusive sanctuary focused on healing, connection and authentic transformation.
