Yoga by Emily is a friendly, community-focused yoga studio based in Southsea, Portsmouth, led by experienced teacher Emily.

Offering small, intimate group classes seven days a week across six yoga styles — including Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Yin, Slow Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Rocket Yoga — as well as beach yoga, wellness events, and transformative retreats to destinations like Ibiza, Bali, Morocco and Mexico.

Emily also offers meditation, breathwork coaching, and Reiki healing, blending modern mindfulness techniques with ancient yogic practices to create a welcoming, non-intimidating environment for all levels.
