The Yoga For Life Project is a community of specialist yoga teachers and therapists committed to using yoga to improve health. Working alongside the NHS and health professionals, they offer therapeutic yoga to support physical and mental health conditions — including Long Covid and ME/CFS.

Classes are available on Zoom and in person, on the mat, chair or bed, and are designed to be accessible to everyone. They also offer retreats, bespoke services, and a Revival Teacher Training programme.
