Harrogate Yoga is an intimate yoga studio led by experienced teacher Amanda Latchmore, who has been practising since 1972. Amanda offers somatic-themed group classes (online and in-person), private one-to-one therapeutic yoga sessions, workshops across the UK, teacher training through Yogacampus York, and downloadable audio classes.
