YuWellness is a boutique yoga and fitness studio run by Sophie Jamshidi, a former professional dancer turned Yoga Alliance-registered teacher. Classes are offered both in-person at Pure Physio in Harrogate and online via Zoom, and are kept deliberately small to allow a personalised approach with individual corrections and modifications.

Sophie teaches a mix of Hatha, Ashtanga/Vinyasa and Power yoga, with a strong grounding in anatomy and biomechanics. Additional offerings include a fitness class (Yufitness), an Indonesian (Balinese) deep-tissue oil massage service, an on-demand video library, and specialist video sequences for the over-50s.
