EOS Wellness offers small-group yoga and Pilates classes in Harrogate, led by Sarah. Classes focus on strength, stability, mobility and calm, and include Slow Flow Yoga, Power Yoga, Mat Pilates, Stretch & Mobility, Yin Yoga and Pilates Foundations. Sessions take place at Harlow Hill Squash Club and are kept intentionally small for a boutique, supportive experience.

Private 1:1 and small-group sessions, Reformer Pilates, online classes via Zoom, and monthly sound baths and workshops are also available.
