TNT Fitness is a premium independent gym in Cowan Bridge, near Kirkby Lonsdale, founded by boxer Tomi Tatham. Spread across two floors of comprehensively equipped training space — including a 10m sled track, squat stations, ski erg, air bike and 85m² of matted floor — the gym is open 5am–10pm, seven days a week.

It offers personal training, group fitness classes (MetCon, Warrior, T-Rox, Circuits, Yoga Flow, Weighted HIIT), 1-2-1 boxing and MMA coaching, sports therapy, and even an on-site barber shop.

With members ranging from complete beginners to England competitors and an expert coaching team passionate about real results, TNT Fitness is built on the belief that every member is family, not a number.
