Tom Daniel Functional Fitness is an exclusively private 1-1 personal training studio based in Ashtead, Surrey. Led by highly qualified trainer Tom Daniel, the studio offers in-person personal training, hybrid coaching and worldwide online coaching, all tailored to help busy men and women lose body fat, build strength and transform their health with long-lasting results.

Every client receives a personalised training and nutrition programme, supported by a free initial consultation, a full health and fitness assessment, and a 3D body composition scan. Tom holds qualifications including Level 4 Strength and Conditioning, Level 4 Cancer Rehabilitation, and Exercise Referral, and has helped hundreds of Surrey locals achieve real results.
