I'mPossible State of Mind (IPSM) is a community-focused martial arts gym and intervention service based in Croydon, South London. Operating under the Top Tier Muay Thai banner, the gym offers Thai boxing, boxing fundamentals, and strength & fitness classes for juniors, teens, and adults of all levels.
Beyond training, IPSM uses martial arts and mentoring to support mental, physical, and social wellbeing — working with around 600 individuals per year, including a schools programme that combines Thai boxing with group mentoring sessions for young people who need additional support.
