Total Body Fitness is a friendly, inclusive fitness studio based in Warlingham, led by experienced instructor Lindsay Williams with over 20 years in the industry.

Classes are challenging yet adaptable for all fitness levels and ages, covering indoor and outdoor bootcamps, circuits, cardio conditioning, LBT toning, Fitness Pilates, Freestyle Fitness Yoga, Boxercise, and Paracise. Sessions are available both face-to-face and live-streamed, with on-demand options also offered.

Alongside group classes, the studio provides nutrition and wellness coaching programmes addressing mindset, motivation, sleep, stress, and hormones — particularly tailored for the menopause journey through the dedicated Menofit programme.
