TPTS Fitness Club is a results-driven fitness community in Clase, Swansea, specialising in fat loss, strength, and body transformation.

Founded by Darren, who turned his own personal struggle with weight and confidence into a mission to help others, the club offers small group training sessions (limited to 8–10 people), one-to-one personal training, gym memberships, fitness classes, yoga, and a signature 6-Week Fat Loss Challenge.

With over eight years of experience, a fully qualified team, and a friendly, judgement-free atmosphere, TPTS guides members of all abilities through structured programmes backed by nutrition support, monthly fitness analysis, and genuine accountability.
