TR Fitness Studio is a vibrant boutique gym and fitness community on the Bromsgrove high street, founded in 2016 by Tim & Rachel Foley — both former competitive Muay Thai Boxing athletes. The studio offers 20+ weekly fitness classes including Body Conditioning, Spin, Combat, Dance, and TR Cubed, as well as being a HYROX-affiliated gym with dedicated HYROX training classes.

The intimate gym floor is equipped with premium and bespoke machines, including the beloved pendulum machine, with capped memberships to ensure equipment availability. The studio also runs kids' Thai Boxing and Hyrox classes, and houses The Stripped Kitchen — an on-site café serving macro-friendly, high-protein meals under 600kcals.
