Transform Hub Bury is a structured fitness and body transformation coaching studio based on an industrial estate in Bury. The hub combines group training sessions with nutrition guidance, accountability coaching and behaviour change to help busy men and women achieve lasting results.

The signature offer is a 6-Week Challenge, designed to help members lose a stone through exercise, nutrition and mindset shifts. The programme is built around four pillars — fitness, nutrition, accountability and fun — and is positioned as a fundamentally different experience from a standard gym membership. Free taster sessions are available for new members.
