Trenches Boxing is a state-of-the-art boutique boxing gym in the heart of Wandsworth, London, founded by professional boxers and open to everyone. The gym aims to strip away the intimidation of the professional boxing scene and make authentic boxing training accessible regardless of experience level.

Classes include Seconds Out (the signature boxing session), HIIT and Don't Get Hit, Boxing Fundamentals, Athletic Strength & Conditioning, 1-2-1 Personal Training, and invitation-only Sparring.

The coaching team — led by founder Karim Baladi, co-founder and ex-fighter Rhys Verlander, and British University Champion Zane K — brings decades of professional boxing experience to every session.
