TRIB3 Edinburgh is Scotland's first TRIB3 store, located in the heart of Stockbridge as part of the iconic Raeburn Place development on Comely Bank Road. The industrial-luxe studio offers a 48-spot space with 45-minute instructor-led HIIT workouts across three zones — Treadmills, Resistance, and Air Bikes (the TRI Training System) — all underpinned by live heart-rate tracking.
Members can burn up to 1,000 calories per class and monitor their progress via the SWEAT BAND 1.0 heart rate monitor and the TRIB3 SWEAT app. After your session, refuel at the custom Mixology bar serving protein shakes. Pay-as-you-go and monthly subscription options are available, and your first session is free.
