TW1 Fitness for Women is a ladies-only gym in Twickenham offering a 30-minute total body circuit workout — the TW1:30 — combining strength training, cardio and stretching using hydraulic resistance equipment. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, the circuit runs continuously with no need to book. A coach is always present to guide and motivate members.
