Twist Gym is a boutique gym established in 2003 in Tattenham Corner, Epsom, committed to helping the local community achieve optimal health for all ages and abilities.

Founded by James Forrest — a black belt judoka and British European Champion in Jiu-Jitsu — the gym is built around expert-led Group PT sessions where no member is ignored and individual goals and restrictions are always respected.

Classes include Group PT, Pilates, Spin, Kettlebells, Boxing and HIIT, all delivered by qualified instructors in a friendly, supportive environment. Memberships are rolling with no long-term contracts or joining fees, and a free taster session is available to all new members.
