U7 GYM is an independent gym in Exeter currently relocating and redeveloping to a new, larger site in Marsh Barton. The new facility is being built for members who want to train seriously, recover properly, and belong to a genuine fitness community.
Expect carefully selected strength training equipment, open gym access for independent training, experienced coaching support available on demand, and dedicated recovery spaces including sauna and ice bath. Youth programmes (ages 11–15), personal training, calisthenics series, classes, and strength and conditioning coaching are also offered.
The new site is scheduled to open Saturday 19 September 2026.
