Ulverston's first retro gym — a friendly, back-to-basics facility focused on weightlifting and group fitness classes. With a wide range of free weights, machines and a dedicated aerobics area, the club offers something for everyone from casual gym-goers to powerlifters and bodybuilders.

Group classes including Pilates, Dance Step, Legs Bums & Tums, Clubbercise and TABATA-style strength workouts are available throughout the week. The gym is open seven days a week from 6am to 10pm using a key-fob access system.
