UMA Telford Muaythai is a brand new Muay Thai gym in Telford's Wellington Town Centre, part of the highly successful UMA Thaiboxing gym originally based in Crewe. Led by a team of champion instructors — including multiple British, European and World title holders — the club offers age-specific classes for Infants (3–6), Juniors (7–11), Youths (12–15) and Adults.
Whether you want to train for fun, fitness, weight loss, confidence, self-defence or competition, the gym tailors its programmes to every level, from complete beginners to experienced fighters.
