Underground Gym Brighton

Underground Gym Brighton is a goal-driven fitness gym launched in 2014, offering state-of-the-art equipment and an energetic community atmosphere. Members enjoy unlimited classes spanning kickboxing, dynamic yoga, Olympic weightlifting, Hyrox, calisthenics, women's strength training, running club and more.

Facilities include large free weights areas, a cardio area, stretching room, boxing ring, powerlifting platforms, a calisthenics area, and a protein shake bar. Membership gives access to all three Underground Gym locations — Brighton, Newhaven, and Tunbridge Wells — with no big contracts and no hidden fees.
