Uniq Physique is a friendly, community-focused gym based in Haslemere, Surrey. Founded in 2012 by Rachael Elliott-Hughes and Ollie Beard, the gym combines high-quality equipment with a supportive, family atmosphere — big enough to offer everything you need, yet small enough to care. Members range from age 14 to 75, from complete beginners to pro-athletes.
Facilities include a full strength and conditioning floor with free weights up to 100kg, a mezzanine cardio suite, an outdoor training area with powerlifting zone, a café serving protein shakes and coffee, a supplements store, and modern changing and shower facilities.
The expert team of personal trainers specialises in areas including fat loss, muscle gain, injury rehabilitation, bodybuilding competition prep, menopause support, and postnatal fitness.
