Unity Gym is a CrossFit methodology training gym in the heart of Newcastle upon Tyne. Rooted in a coaching lineage dating back to 2005 as one of the UK's first CrossFit affiliates, Unity Gym focuses on quality of movement, strength & conditioning, and functional fitness for all levels.

New members can join via a structured Intro Course — 8 sessions over 4 weeks covering all key movements and terminologies — or drop in if they already have relevant experience. The community-driven ethos emphasises consistency, mobility, nutrition, and helping every member reach their individual goals.
