Upswing is a multi-award-winning UK-based contemporary circus company founded in 2006 by Vicki Dela Amedume. Using the human body as an expressive tool, they create aerial and circus performances that entertain, inspire curiosity, share urgent ideas and build connection.

They celebrate diverse artists and communities, delivering work in theatres, festivals, care homes, rooftops, parks and beyond — as well as offering workshops and engagement programmes including circus skills for young people.
