Urban Calisthenics is a calisthenics studio based in Canley, Coventry, led by coach Rick. Using only bodyweight movements, the studio offers classes for all levels — from total beginners to advanced practitioners — as well as specialised kids' sessions and personalised 1-to-1 training.
The ethos is rooted in building a supportive, motivating community where members grow stronger, develop skills, and move well together.
