Urban Fit Company is a community-focused gym in Greenock, founded in 2016, offering a wide range of fitness programmes for all levels. From low-impact functional circuits and bootcamp classes to challenging functional fitness, boxing fitness, Olympic lifting, and personal training, the studio is designed to be both fun and results-driven.
Founder and head coach Andy Armour holds a Masters in Strength & Conditioning and is an accredited OPEX CCP coach.
