Vaz Muay Thai Academy in Ilford offers Muay Thai classes for all levels — beginners, intermediate and advanced — as well as a separate children's class. Known as the 'Art of Eight Limbs', Muay Thai training here incorporates punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes. Every session begins with a 45-minute cardio warm-up followed by pad work and technique-focused training.

The academy is led by Kru Vaz, who grew up in Jamaica before building a career in fitness and martial arts. Whether you want to compete, learn the traditional values of the art, or simply get fit, VMTA aims to develop your confidence, strength, self-awareness and health.
