Vic Smith Yoga offers online yoga classes designed for desk workers and time-poor people who want to move better, hurt less, and feel stronger — no chanting required.

Led by 500hr trained and GOYA accredited teacher Vic Smith, the offering includes live group classes three times a week via video call, private 1-to-1 sessions, a free YouTube video library, and a weekly wellbeing email. Classes focus on the physical and anatomical side of yoga — movement, alignment, and mobility — without any spiritual or ritual extras.

The approach is practical and inclusive, with real modifications for tighter hips, limited mobility, and bodies that have been sitting at a desk all day.
