Walker-Pilates was founded by Jo Walker in 1990 and is based at St Giles Community Hall in Balderton, Newark.

Jo brings decades of expertise — including qualifications in Applied Sport & Exercise Science Biomechanics, Combined Physiatry & Kinesiology, and Muscle Corrective Therapy — to a range of weekly classes designed to help everyone strengthen and stretch at their own pace.
