Ware-House is a world-class gym network across four locations — Swansea, Port Talbot, Taibach and Llanelli — and home of Guerrilla Fitness.

The Swansea site features the Fitness Zoo, an immersive, high-energy training space with strobe lighting, live DJs and a performance sound system, offering classes ranging from boxing and functional conditioning to strength-based studio sessions.

The gym caters to all levels, from beginners to professional athletes, with a broad timetable including Bootcamp, Yoga, Bike-ROX, BJJ, Kettlebells, Pilates, Spin Fit, Zumba, Guerrilla Games and many more, all bookable through an online member portal.
