West 4 Gym is a true neighbourhood gym in the heart of Chiswick W4, open since 1981 and one of the oldest gyms in London. Run by co-owners Paul Lovelace and Sam Stone, the gym prides itself on community spirit, personal service, and real results.

Members — affectionately known as the '300 Spartans' — enjoy a welcoming environment with experienced personal trainers, group HIIT classes, TRX, Pilates, and access to an on-site treatment room offering osteopathy, rehabilitation, and sports massage.
