Weston Fitness Studio is a private, boutique fitness studio offering luxury personal training at an affordable price. Led by trainer Aaran — a former Milton Keynes Dons FC academy professional — the studio provides 1-1 and 2-1 personal training, small group PT (max 6), Pilates (max 8), and sports massage.

Every session is supervised by a personal trainer who tailors each workout to the individual, in a relaxed and welcoming environment far from the intimidation of large commercial gyms.
