White Cliffs CrossFit is a community-focused CrossFit box located on the Shorncliffe industrial estate, serving Folkestone, Hythe, Cheriton and Dover. Set in a large 3,000 sq ft facility with ample parking, the gym offers fully coached, client-centric sessions led by one of the most experienced CrossFit coaching teams in the south east of England.

Programmes include CrossFit, personal training, small group personal training, nutrition coaching, and HYROX training. Founded by Ben Stroud, who brings 31 years of fitness industry experience, the gym is equipped with top brands including Rogue, Eliko, Strengthshop, Concept 2 and Wolverson.
