White Tiger Kickboxing is a welcoming kickboxing academy in Carlton, Nottingham, offering coach-led classes for all ages — from Mini-Cubs (age 3–4) through to adults. Led by founder Sam and a team of experienced instructors, the academy focuses on building confidence, fitness, discipline and social skills in a supportive community environment.
Classes are beginner-friendly with no prior experience required, and a free first class is available to new members.
