Wild Heart Yoga is a community-led yoga studio founded by three women — Kit, her mum Jane, and sister Hannah — based at their cosy home studio, Reindeer Cottage in Knutsford. Born from a Bali teacher training trip in 2018, the studio offers weekly Vinyasa yoga classes, half-day retreats, workshops, and online classes.

Known for its warm, welcoming atmosphere, Wild Heart Yoga places a strong emphasis on connection, community, and the transformative power of movement — as well as hosting retreats in locations such as Scotland, the Peak District, and abroad.
