WittFit is a coach-led, community-first gym in West Wittering, owned by six locals who refused to let their village lose its gym. Every age and ability trains together in the same room, scaling the same workout to their own level. The weekly timetable blends Strength & Conditioning, Functional Fitness and Hyrox — all led by qualified coaches who know every member by name.

Class sizes are capped to keep training safe, personal and progressive, and the focus is always on real, lifelong fitness rather than aesthetics.
