Woo Wellness is a warm and supportive Pilates and Face Yoga studio based in Bishop's Stortford. The studio specialises in Body Control Pilates, Pilates for Over 60s, Intermediate & Higher Pilates, HIPP (High Intensity Power Pilates), Feet-ness®, and Face Yoga with Gua Sha.

All classes are small group sessions to ensure personal attention, progressive coaching, and safe, mindful movement. The studio also offers private 1:1 sessions, Pilates rehab, and corporate wellness options. Every class incorporates Feet-ness® techniques to strengthen the feet and support the whole body from the ground up.

The teaching team is led by founder Wendy Collings, who has been teaching Pilates since 2012, alongside Pilates and dance teacher Fiona Lacy, who brings over 47 years of experience in dance and fitness.
