Breath and Control Pilates is run by Rebecca Young, an APPI-qualified Pilates instructor offering mat and reformer classes across Hertfordshire — including at The Hailey Centre in Sawbridgeworth. Rebecca holds certifications in a wide range of specialisms including pre/postnatal, aerial Pilates, orthopaedic conditions, older adults, and neurological conditions.
Classes run throughout the week at multiple venues and are suitable for all abilities, from beginners to intermediate level.
