Woody's Gymnasium is a friendly, unique gym offering Olympic Weightlifting and Personal Training. Having moved to an outdoor training space, the team is also renovating a barn into a gym. Their BWLA-licensed coaches cater for all ages and abilities — from complete beginners to competitive athletes — with small group sessions and one-to-one PT available.
