Workout Bristol is Bristol's independent gym chain, operating two locations: Workout Ashton (open since 2011, near Ashton Gate Stadium) and Workout Harbourside (established 1982, in the city centre along Welsh Back).

Both clubs offer low-cost, no-contract memberships with free classes, free inductions, a café, sauna/steam rooms, personal training, physiotherapy, and a variety of group fitness classes including Kettlebell X, R1DE spin, Stretch & Core, Body Conditioning, and Mum & Baby Fitness. Studio hire is also available at the Ashton location.
