Workout with PRIDE Aqua

Workout with PRIDE is an LGBT+ group fitness community in London offering a fun, inclusive environment where everyone is encouraged to lift and exercise correctly. The studio runs Functional Strength classes, Strength Circuits, the #PROUD Cycle indoor cycling session, and personal training (1-2-1 and small group).

Classes are strength-and-conditioning focused, blending big compound lifts, cardio, HIIT, and functional training — hard only as hard as you want them to be. After each session, members are welcome to join an optional post-workout social at a local restaurant or bar.

The studio collaborates with LGBT+ organisations and partners including Dean Street, Positive East, and the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre. Its motto: "Feeling strong comes in all shapes and sizes."
