Workoutz is Halesowen's premier boutique gym and fitness club, founded in 2010 by husband-and-wife personal trainers Paul and Tracey.
With a friendly, welcoming atmosphere — 'big enough to help you, small enough to know you' — the club offers a fully equipped cardio suite, weights and resistance areas, a rig area with boxing bag and kettlebells, spin and cycle classes, group fitness classes (Bootcamp, Clubbercise, HIIT, Pilates, Combat, LBT, Mindfulness), personal training, bespoke nutrition plans, professional supplements, and beauty and therapy treatments including 3D Lipo skin tightening and fat reduction.
