WOW Ladies Fitness is a friendly and modern gym in Wimborne, Dorset, run for women by women. Offering a welcoming, non-judgmental environment for all ages (members aged 15–91 are welcome), the club provides 35-minute time-efficient sessions including Barre, Circuits, Step and Strength, Aerobic Dance Workout, Weights & Circuits, and a Men's class.

With no-contract membership and a strong sense of community, WOW prides itself on being the friendliest gym in town.
