Xplore Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a BJJ and Submission Grappling club based in Cardiff, welcoming everyone from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Experienced coaches offer introductory and advanced adult classes, kids' classes for different age groups, MMA/No-Gi sessions, judo and wrestling workshops, 1-to-1 coaching, and over-40s sessions.
The club emphasises self-defence, sport competition, physical fitness, mental wellbeing, and community fun off the mats.
