Yin To The Yang Yoga is a Yoga Alliance-accredited Registered Yoga School (RYS-200) founded by Justine, an experienced 500-hour advanced yoga teacher and life coach.

Based in Essex, the school specialises in 200-hour yoga teacher training (group and private), yin yoga teacher training, yoga teacher mentoring, and student-focused courses including a 50-hour Foundations of Yoga programme and yoga immersion days.
