Annie's Yoga is a small, welcoming yoga studio in Long Crendon, Buckinghamshire, near Thame, Oxfordshire, run by Annie Silverman — a highly qualified yoga practitioner with over 25 years of teaching experience.

Annie teaches 'Intelligent Yoga', a biomechanically sound approach developed by Peter Blackaby that focuses on moving well rather than performance, helping students of all ages and abilities become more comfortable in their bodies. Classes are kept deliberately small (maximum 6 in the studio) to allow individual attention, and are available both in person and via Zoom.

Beginners and those with health concerns such as arthritis, MS, or spinal issues are warmly welcomed.
