Yoga Harris combines the raw, natural beauty of the Outer Hebrides with the calm and inner space of Yoga. Based in a renovated croft house in Manish on the Isle of Harris, the studio offers weekly classes for residents and visitors, yoga retreats, self-catering yoga holidays, online yoga, workshops, and bespoke sessions for businesses and groups.

Classes are taught by Chris and Hannah, who have been teaching yoga full time for over 25 years, and include movement & posture work, breathwork, pranayama, meditation, and Yoga Nidra.
